About the role

As the Business Development Manager (Commission), the ideal candidate will lead business development (BD) initiatives to drive growth for our AI lead generator software, selling AI Software As A Service (SaaS) to Startups, SMEs and/or MNCs. This ideal candidate will have strong people skills, able to think critically when connecting with and negotiating with clients, with a keen passion for thriving in the dynamic Entrepreneurship landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate a comprehensive network of contacts with business owners and key decision makers with the aim of generating new sales and business partnership opportunities

• Identify and pursue prospects through various lead-generation and company branding activities, including but not limited to attending Entrepreneurship networking events, clients referrals etc.

• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, understand customer needs, and identify areas of high product demand/enhancement, with aim of improving the efficacy of the software through future R&D efforts

• Act as BoostenX AI key relationship manager in Singapore to foster strong relationships with clients and leads by providing relevant product/service/technology updates and sharing relevant information about BoostenX that may benefit them

• Lead in product demo during sales process, which includes in-depth explanation of BoostenX AI software and pricing strategies to meet clients' needs.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Prior direct sales experience in AI and/or MarTech preferred
• Self motivated with an Entrepreneurship mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess valid working visa to work in local country

Pay Structure

• Tiered based commission structure for a start
