Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the sales division to meet customer or market needs.
  • Market research in marketing, seeking new customer opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Willing to learn updated knowledge about market developments and competitors.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Develop and present the company's business development plan.
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on the company's business development on a regular basis.
Requirements


  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferably Business, Management, or Economics).
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build good relationship with various people.
  • Willing to work in Harapan Indah, Bekasi.
  • Good skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Have 1-3 years of working experience.
