PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as VP of Finance and Accounting the following details:

Requirements:

1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area of discipline from a reputable university with GPA>3.20

2. Previous experience in Finance Accounting for a minimum of 15 years is required

3. Exposure in the energy industry as Finance and Accounting is required

4. Previous experience in big 4 accounting firm is a plus

5. CFA/CPA certification is a plus

s:

1. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and financial statements

2. Advise on long-term business and financial planning

3. Allocate resources and manage cash flows

4. Conduct profit and cost analyses

5. Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations

6. Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management
