This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by doing research on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist with applicant tracking and database management
• Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews
• Manage and update employee data with strict confidentiality
• Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduate in a relevant field of study (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral is a Must.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
