Senior Human Resources Advisor

Our client is a mining company in Central Indonesia. They are hiring HR Strategist (Advisor) with the following responsibilities and requirements.

Functional responsibilities:

1. This HR advisory will report to the Head of Human Resources of the company and support the company’s management team in general.
2. He/she will perform high-level HR analysis related to the overall functional HR strategy, compensation & benefit, and other HR sub-functional.
3. This role will assist the Head of HR to formulate a functional HR strategy.
4. He/she will act as an HR advisor to the Head of HR and the company’s management team.

Requirements:

1. Having at least 8 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
2. Ideally, he/she has management consulting experience with mining industry experience
3. Vital analytical skills and strategy formulation competency.
4. Professional English speaking
