Senior Ad Sales Manager/Director

Adscholars is looking for Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Director to look after the Digital advertising sales for their products in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively generating strategies from different Ad agencies and Clients from the Indonesia market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting for key performance marketing initiatives.
• Work with brands and agency partners in Indonesia to develop highly effective online marketing programs.
• Be a subject matter expert on Digital Advertising and Media offering.
• Assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned international clients accounts and facilitate seamless deal executions.
• Provide clients with key insights to improve their media spend ROI utilizing Excellent Account Management skills.
• Create and optimize Digital marketing programs in order to acquire new customers in local market, increase retention and drive overall sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• A keen & curious eye for data analysis and optimization.
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to identify opportunities presented from customers and turn them into projects.
• 4+ years of Media sales experience, preferably with an online Publisher or Ad Network.
• Excellent listening, negotiation presentation and communication skills.
• Pro-active, sense of responsibility, can work independently.
• Team player, motivated and self-driven.
• Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
