The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

• Proceed hiring request from Hiring Managers based on MPP approved
• Arrange candidate's interview schedule with Hiring Managers
• Create Job Ads on company's career site and various recruitment platform
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Create and prepare candidate's letter of agreement
• Create and deliver offer proposal that has been approved by management to candidate
• Source and screen candidates by using databases through career site and various recruitment platform
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to create strategies for manpower fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same field, financial services background would be an advantage
