We are multi-channel programmatic division specializing across omnichannel screens and upcoming formats such as audio, DOOH and CTV.



What we are looking for?

  • A secondary responsibility will be training and educating junior members on the programmatic landscape and all thing programmatic to run successful campaigns as the candidate grows in the role.
  • Reporting to the Associate Director, APAC the candidate will work closely with the programmatic team based in the UK/SG but be fully responsible for supporting our global offices in driving programmatic growth in the region.
  • The candidate should expect to spend 70% of their time on Campaign management, Ad Operations, Campaign Set up and 30% contributing to campaign plans and client meetings/QBR support.
  • Day-to-day, the candidate will work alongside account teams to devise and implement programmatic strategies, provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and make campaign changes as required. Other than campaign planning, candidate but also be hands on with DSP platforms to set-up, activate, and optimise campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop display programmatic strategies across web and app and derive insights regarding the performance of campaigns in terms of segments such as, but not limited to, audience cohorts, content clusters, and targeting groups.
  • A secondary responsibility will be training newly onboarded junior candidates to successfully run end-to-end programmatic campaigns and delegate campaign/operation roles.
  • End to End Campaign management – DSP Campaign setup, optimization, Bid Strategies, reporting, Weekly Analysis and Insights, End of Month reports, Post Campaign Reports and Quarterly Review Slides etc.
  • You will be working closely with Managers and Planners from FYND and MCSaatchi Performance Teams based in Indonesia, Singapore, and India.
  • Assist account teams in packaging campaign reporting and insights in a client-friendly digestible manner.
  • Being proactive and identifying significant trends and areas of opportunity for campaign growth by recommending tests and strategic directions.
  • Support with programmatic elements of new business pitches, including creating presentation decks and speaking to overarching strategies.
  • Interact with client contacts, as needed, to discuss campaign performance and possible improvements as well as help upsell new initiatives to grow accounts.
  • Liaise with programmatic partners to help promote strong agency relationships, troubleshoot issues, and access new features/betas.


What are the requirements of the role?

  • Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.
  • Knowledge of audience, inventory, and publisher planning/management
  • Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking and, mobile measurement tools
  • Experience managing campaigns driving towards app installs is a plus
  • Proficiency with multiple DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus.
  • Experience of running brand based innovative campaigns which are complex and in multiple regions.
  • Knowledge of DPS outside of DV360 and TTD is a plus
  • Comfortable with excel and large data sets to make analytical/data-based decisions.
  • Experience in running CTV and DOOH campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience on the following would be a plus:
  • Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, data led analysis, organization, collaboration. Alongside being a confident presenter and communicator
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programmatic digital media, preferably with a media agency and with some level of performance marketing experience
