Job Description
|


  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines.
  • Oversee and work closely with business teams to support product launches and go-to-market plans
  • Take ownership of the product, from product ideation, design, technical development, product testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
  • Define product roadmap, understand business context and identify potential opportunities
  • Lead BD product management team, manage product priorities and work with key stakeholders to setup OKRs for the team.
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across company - operations, designers and engineers.
  • Responsible for team members' personal growth and quality of deliverables. Constantly supporting and coaching the team.


Requirements


  • 5+ years experience in a Product Management role, with 2+ years experience leading/managing product teams. Domain knowledge in e-commerce are highly desirable
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Strong ownership and team spirit
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
