- Direct customers to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products and services.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to our business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Tend to customers' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions and alternatives to them.
- Participate in related industry and partner events such as expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions.
- Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items, and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
- Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, and growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives with teams such as Internal Marketing and Loyalty Campaign, as well as our Event teams.
- Coordinate and manage issue resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our company.
- Keep customers up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
- Apply available resources to developing prospects.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
- Capacity to make decisions in a thoughtful yet timely manner
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Native level of Indonesian and fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong commercial mindset
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent persuasion and influencing skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Sales-driven and result-oriented personality
- Investment license or financial certifications
