Your role at Exness:


You will be part of a specialized, client-facing department focused on providing an exceptional level of care to high-value clients and partners through a value-driven, relationship-based approach. As a key frontline function within the company's growth strategy, you will grow and manage your own portfolio of clients, providing relationship management and support throughout the partner client user journey. You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and relocate to Southeast Asia after the first 2 or 3 months.


You will:


  • Direct customers to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to our business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Tend to customers' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions and alternatives to them.
  • Participate in related industry and partner events such as expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions.
  • Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items, and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
  • Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, and growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives with teams such as Internal Marketing and Loyalty Campaign, as well as our Event teams.
  • Coordinate and manage issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our company.
  • Keep customers up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
  • Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
  • Apply available resources to developing prospects.


What we expect from you:


  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Capacity to make decisions in a thoughtful yet timely manner
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in financial services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Native level of Indonesian and fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent persuasion and influencing skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented personality
