Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the group company's overseas development strategy,assist the organization to formulate the human resources planning for overseas business,and assist in sorting out the overseas human resources system specification, etc.

2.The implementation of overseas human resource planning, including overseas talent acquisition, talent assessment and performance improvement,talent development,personnel structure, salary and benefits, etc.

3. Assist in the establishment of overseas core teams and team management.

4.Regularly provide special suggestions on overseas human resources,organizational construction,performance management, administrative management, etc., and provide human resource information support for the company's major decisions;

5. Corporate culture construction for overseas business, creating an organizational atmosphere, promoting cultural integration, and improving employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above,human resource management or related majors are preferred;

2.Fluent in English,at least 3-5 years of experience in overseas human resource management;

3. Sunny and cheerful personality, positive, strong ability to resist pressure, good communication skills and execution ability;

4. Accept stationing or business trip aboard.
