:

  • Responsible of customer interface: satisfaction, existing challenges and futures needs.
  • Manage the Installed base for a closer relation with users and the regular source of income via service contracts, upgrades and consumables supply.
  • Responsible for leading and further developing Indosopha’s sales team in West & East Indonesia (both based in Jakarta).
  • Sales team management by building, using & developing effective sales follow up tools/dash boards in order to execute the corporate sales strategy including, but not limited to: follow up of sales prospect pipeline (briefing, de-briefing and sales coaching), existing user satisfaction/relation, area potential development analysis and new account acquisition.
  • Cooperation with Marketing teams to define promotion strategy per business unit and business area to generate new prospects in for the medium/long-term.


Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have good computer skill including Microsoft Office;
  • You have at least 3–5-year experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment, investment medical equipment (large units) will be a plus;
  • Solid knowledge of Medical Equipment market place and industry business opportunities;
  • You are a strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skill in English & Bahasa, with the ability effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers;
  • You are fully committed to ethical business practice.
  • Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage a diverse sales team;
