National Sales Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Supervises regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and Inside Sales Support
• Making joint calls with Sales Managers, Sales engineers in order to maintain good customer relations.
• Performing research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Establishing and maintain relationship with key industry organization
• Other responsibility as required by the management

• Organizing, plan, direct and control the sales function
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Provide forecast and other reports to management
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

Qualifications

• Being able to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Language: English (Business Level)
• Having Above Sales Manager experience in Mechanical Seals Company
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree related to Technical, Mechanical major
• Strong communication and team management skills
