About the role

• Implementing advertising schedules in consultation and collaboration with management
• Assist the marketing team in any marketing activities with planning and organizing campaigns around deals, exclusive discounts, and other user acquisition activities
• Work with the Marketing team to help come up with improvements in the product to support the marketing strategy
• Help marketing campaigns during flash sales, and at other times, to set up promo codes for ChopeDeals, along with the e-vouchers codes
• Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
• Regularly review marketing KPIs, user demographics & stats, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate
• Help the Marketing team setup, and activate the rewards for the Chope loyalty program, to upload the reward codes, and reward e-voucher to the system
• Support the local Marketing team to enhance/ modify marketing assets like web pages using HTML, and help the marketing team implement the marketing strategy
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products

Skills & experiences required

• Willingness to learn, and to operate in a fast changing environment, where plans can change from day to day, depending on the situation & business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use Excel - you should be a Vlookup, pivot table ninja
• HTML coding skills is a must have; Javascript/CSS will be a bonus
• Ability to multitask, based on user behavior and outcomes of campaigns
• 1-2 years of related experience in operations, and/or marketing campaigns
• Belief in the company’s vision and mission, and willing to work hard to help achieve it
• Photoshop and image editing skills are also a good bonus to have
