Endeavor is looking for a Marketing Communications & Business Development Manager to lead Endeavor Indonesia’s marketing, communication, outreach, and business development strategy and team in Jakarta, whose main goal is to support Endeavor's mission of developing the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and to increase the organisation’s self-sustainability. This position will also support the brand awareness and high-level positioning of Endeavor in Indonesia and the region.
You are a dynamic, self-starting professional passionate about entrepreneurship and engaged with our mission. You are also a mature, structured thinker, and a hustler at the same time, showing strong ability in brand awareness, analytical and planning skills, and love to build mutually beneficial relationships, have the ability to identify potential leads and partnerships, and have experience working with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Strategy
Main task: Make Endeavor Indonesia as the top of mind for the high-impact entrepreneurship community
Design, support, implement and facilitate execution of the marketing and outreach plan. Define a clear implementation plan with KPIs for the Marketing team. Translate the overall marketing objectives into effective and measurable communication strategies over different platforms. Develop and maintain the marketing budget.
Business Development Strategy
Main task: Improve Endeavor Indonesia revenue to double-digit growth
Works in strategic planning, partnerships management, and prospecting for new partners to help increase growth and achieve Endeavor Indonesia's sustainability. Actively promoting Endeavor and its values, performing market analysis on potential partners, project identification, tracking and outreach. Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
Management:
Managing Endeavor Indonesia’s brand, social media & digital platforms, media & partnerships, outreach events & community building initiatives, and business development activities along with Communications & Outreach Senior Associates and Business Development Senior Associates.
Requirements

• High organizational abilities; strong attention to detail
• Must represent Endeavor with great professionalism. Must maintain a professional attitude internally and externally that meets our core values.
• Optimistic and creative in nature, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Creative, bringing out-of-the-box ideas for the different work lines such as events, content and strategy
• Strong written and oral communication skills, both English and Indonesian - the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences.
• Good business judgment and creativity: developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing, communication, and business development strategy.
• Knowledge of Indonesia's economic, business, and entrepreneurial climate is a plus.
• Social Skills: the ability to develop good relationships and expand the network to learn about and pursue new opportunities
• Bachelor's degree, with minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience (agency, corporate marketing, business development or another related field)
• The ideal candidate has a growth mindset with a strong ability in speed operational execution. Working at Endeavor means constantly switching hats between planning and delivering.
• Ability to work collaboratively. While you will have your responsibilities, a lot of the work requires coordination with other team members across various departments. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate results, and challenges and collaborate on other project is key. A good team player.
• Highly motivated, focused, flexible, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities.
