Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales: Engage potential customers and effectively promote internet services, explaining technical features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
2. Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to identify their internet needs, answer queries, and provide suitable service recommendations.
3. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
4. Network Consultation: Offer expert advice on bandwidth requirements, connection types (e.g., DSL, cable, fiber-optic), and router configurations based on customer needs.
5. Basic Troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving common connectivity issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
6. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor services, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
7. Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
8. Effective Sales Strategies: Develop and implement result-oriented sales strategies to maximize opportunities and conversions.
9. Data Security Awareness: Educate customers about data security measures, privacy concerns, and safe internet practices.
Qualifications:
1. Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of internet technologies, connection types (e.g., DSL, cable, fiber-optic), and internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
3. Sales Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales environment, showcasing negotiation and closing skills.
4. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Networking Basics: Familiarity with router configurations, network troubleshooting, and bandwidth management.
6. Adaptability: Able to adapt to rapidly changing industry trends and technologies to stay competitive.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking to assess customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
8. Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends to position services effectively.
9. CRM Familiarity: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.
