Menjelaskan tentang bisnis dan produk consignment Moladin Digital Indonesia

Membantu dealer dalam proses transaksi pembelian (buyout) dan penjualan (sellout)

Mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan dealer partner

Melakukan pemantauan inventaris unit di dealer partner

Able to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline, drive leads and opportunity generation.

Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure that sales goals can be met.

3-6 Years of Experience working in Internet Service Provider (ISP) / Telco Industry.

Having good communication and interpersonal skill, communication skill, selling skill, Strong business acumen.

Self-managed, demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals.

Maturity – Manage team, able to work with all levels within an organization, Internal – External.

9. CRM Familiarity: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.

2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.

5. Networking Basics: Familiarity with router configurations, network troubleshooting, and bandwidth management.

7. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking to assess customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Basic Troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving common connectivity issues, ensuring a positive user experience.

8. Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends to position services effectively.

Bachelor Degree's in Economy, Management, IT, Computer Science, Electronic or related major.

Master the knowledge of company product and services.

Respect partners and properly manage partners.

Experienced in IT company or SI (System Integrator) for more than 3 years.

Professional knowledge for IP or Optical Network technology.

Experienced in handling Internet Service Provider (ISP) companies.

Have deep knowledge & experience in applying growth hacking strategies

At least 5 years experiences applying growth marketing hacking strategies preferably as a head of department in Internet Service Provider.

Experience in building community for company brand.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, innovative thinking environment and having entrepreneurial skills.

A tested experience in using data and market analytics (SEO, google analytics, etc) to build great product & excellence services

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

1.Membuat perencanaan anggaran dan target department dan memastikan pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan jadwal dan anggaran.

2.Membuat dan melakukan program pengembangan karyawan, procedure dan instruksi kerja sebagai panduan kerja karyawan.

3.Memastikan karyawan bekerja sesuai standar kualitas dan keselamatan kerja untuk memastikan tercapainya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan.

6.Bersama dengan bagian terkait memecahkan masalah yang kompleks dan rencana mitigasi nya.

Minimum education diploma in all majors

Have at least 1 year experience in the same field but also open to fresh graduates.

Proficient in operating MS Office

Mastering the formula Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup and Pvotable)

Target oriented,proactive and able to see the opportunity & have good time management

Achieve targets and lead sales to achieve sales targets set by the company

Can identify and evaluate markets

Ensuring team productivity by guiding and training the team.

Maintain good relationship with client
