Responsibilities

• Responsible in product development process, digital marketing (social media marketing), sales, presales, customer relation process
• Asses service statistics & prepare action plan coordinating with related department to improve customer satisfaction & reduce repeated customer complain.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing & pricing strategies.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Developing effective customer service policies & standard, setting customer satisfaction goals
• Managing BST department’s budget and preparing forecast.
• Create business strategic based on analyses of market trends, customer needs & customer journey when experiencing our product/ services.
• Develop appropriate approach for building market community
• Optimizing our product and services and preparing forecast.

Qualifications

• A tested experience in using data and market analytics (SEO, google analytics, etc) to build great product & excellence services
• At least 5 years experiences applying growth marketing hacking strategies preferably as a head of department in Internet Service Provider.
• Have deep knowledge & experience in applying growth hacking strategies
• Experience in building community for company brand.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, innovative thinking environment and having entrepreneurial skills.
• Have a strong professional network to achieve business objectives
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
