International Sales Support Assistant

Our partner company is an international group of raw materials and machinery supplier companies, active in various industries including METALLURGY / STEEL / METAL COMMODITIES.

For our partner's global team we are interested in a dynamic International Sales Support / Sales Intern. The position is a part-time remote entry-level internship, therefore, current students, recent graduates and candidates with few years of experience are welcome to apply.

General Requirements

• 1-2 years of part-time/full-time work experience, ability to work autonomously
• Self-discipline, good organizational and communication skills in addition to strong follow-up ethic and go-getter personality
• Intermediary English skills will be helpful for communicating with overseas contacts
• Some digital, tech skills will come in handy for preparing digital marketing material as well as arranging online virtual calls and preparing databases
• Ability to organize information, keep client data on MS Office programs in an up-to-date fashion and prepare basic marketing materials as well
• Background in Industrial subjects or engineering students will be welcome
• Preferably an interest in International Sales and Marketing, Trade,

General Scope of Tasks

• Securing sales and ongoing service contracts from new and existing customers with a result mindset
• Support company's communication with potential accounts/clients, send company introductions, gather procurement inquiries, coordinate the information with the overseas team, respond to RFI/RFP/RFQs and send offers accordingly
• Follow-up activities, help with most steps of sales cycle
• Attention to detail and prompt flow of information between clients and HQ team

The position is fully remote and will be reporting virtually to the HQ & Overseas team.
