Job Description
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
  • Counsels managers to ensure manpower planning in relation to the organization’s strategic business plan, including staff
  • Designs, reviews, maintain and disseminate policies and procedures in human resource functions, ensures compliance with Laws, Business Objectives and overall HR Strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Bridge management and employee relations


Minimum Qualifications


  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proven track record in manage end to end HR business process.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to positive influence with people at all levels.
  • Understanding of the principles underpinning great employee experiences and Indonesia labour laws.
  • Proven working experience as HR ops Supervisor for more than 3 years.
