Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Job Type: Full time
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: To assist Sales Manager in achieving sales goals by conducting sales activities and collaborate with other teams to expand brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring tenant’s payment and administrative completeness before checking in
- Conducting proper negotiation with the outbound leads for price, discount, and their length of stay
- Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the property
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other platforms
- Converting outbound leads to book Cove’s properties
- Contacting outbound leads to explore their needs for properties
- Collaborate with other Cove staff to ensure clients have a good time
- Oversee the outbound booking process to ensure availability and proper arrangement for check in
- Generating new outbound leads through various channels and platforms
- Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
- Matching Cove’s properties according to lead’s needs and requirements
- Making lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a property
- Conducting property survey with their outbound leads
- Maintaining tenant’s stay in Cove properties and negotiating with tenant to have longer length of stay with Cove
- Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- High school degree
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
