Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Account Manager who possess a passion for people and impact.


Responsibilities

  • Operate the system and input data accurately
  • Introduce our platform to medium sized company and work with them to recruit great employees
  • Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
  • Take initiative to generate leads / reach our prospective employers
  • Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers


Requirements

  • Available to work hybrid in Jakarta Selatan
  • Has experience working in a di SaaS Company dan selling IT Products to Medium to Enterprise Companies
  • Has minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales/Business Development
