Ecommerce Lead, Indonesia Jobs

The Indonesia eCommerce lead is required to drive the eCommerce business of Levi Strauss in Indonesia. She/he will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute strategies in achieving business objectives. She/he will also work closely with local Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, Retail, Supply Chain and HQ team in Singapore.
Responsibilities

• Liaise with eCommerce partners and internal stakeholders to build relationships and network and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for maximizing revenues generated by all ecommerce websites in Indonesia (levi.com, marketplaces, social commerce) and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and drive integration of related capabilities that lead to the growth.
• Report to SEA ecommerce Lead.
• Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory, etc.
• Negotiate eCommerce marketing & third-party marketplace budgets and monitor the efficiency of budget spend (ROI, post mortem analysis)
• Monitor and analyze consumer data on platform and performance against traffic and campaign spend goals.
• Manage the ecommerce enabler in charge of the warehousing/fulfillment as well as the storefront management on market places.
• Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies.
• Negotiate with third party marketplace providers and grow e-commerce market share.
• Liaise with the third-party in charge of ecommerce brand.com platform maintenance & optimization (UX/UI) to increase the conversion rate.
• Analyze and monitor performance against ROI goals & continually make recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.

Requirements

• Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Highly developed collaboration skills and ability to work across many departments.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives, work on tight schedule.
• Outstanding project management skills and meticulous with details
• Hands-on personnel with good stakeholder management & Data Analysis skills
• Highly motivated individual with 5 years in driving eCommerce businesses ideally in fashion industry (marketplace and/or brand eCommerce website)
