JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
• Working on projects together with our program team, marketing team, and data team.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
• Coordinating with external partners (Entrepreneurs, community, and organization partner) as needed;
• Proactively creating opportunities to access available partnerships;
• Proactively approach new leads with new database;
• Researching and building cooperation with various institutions and maintaining good relations with partners;
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Jakarta;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Ecosystem;
• Basic understanding in entrepreneurship (MSMEs & Startups);
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative/ Business Development/ Account Executive, minimum 1 year;
• Ability to implement damage control.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships;
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the partners needs;
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field;
