Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Blockchain Company)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a dynamic blockchain company. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue generation. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales team, including defining sales processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent performance.

2. Serve as an account executive, taking ownership of new and existing client accounts. Build and nurture relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

3. Manage business operations tasks related to customer relationship management (CRM), including maintaining accurate and updated customer data, tracking leads and sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the sales team.

4. Oversee sales communications across email and telegram channels, ensuring timely and effective communication with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to the sales team in crafting compelling messages and responding to inquiries or requests.

5. Collaborate closely with the cofounders to support the leads they generate. This may involve conducting follow-up calls, arranging meetings or demos, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or questions from leads to facilitate the sales process.

6. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress towards targets, and generate reports to provide insights to management. Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and contribute to sales strategy development based on data analysis and market trends.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, its applications, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

4. Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including blockchain technology providers, startups, and investors.

5. Demonstrated track record of successfully closing business deals and achieving revenue targets.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.

7. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.

8. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.

10. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
