Business Development Manager

based in Jakarta, Indonesia

If you are motivated by meeting new people and develop businesses on a daily basis and you thrive by acquiring new accounts and advising clients this is the role for you!

Working independently whilst being supported by a multinational company, you are one of the pioneer in the expansion of our product in Indonesia. You will be meeting a wide range of companies, from SME’s to top-executives in multinationals and advise them on credit management solutions.

Key aspects are business growth, profitability and relationship development.

Key Deliverables

• Responsible for completion of end-to-end sales procedures including preparation of offer, presentation to clients and proper documentation for new customers.
• Identification of new prospects, assessment of client needs and selection of potential clients in order to generate revenue whilst mitigating risk
• Responsible in assisting Sales Manager in the execution of operational and strategic business plans
• Responsible for developing business relationships with a variety of intermediaries: clients, brokers, agents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a sales or business development role especially in banking and financial services industry will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral communication.
• Highly motivated person with good communication skills.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree majoring in Business, Economics or equivalent preferred. Overseas university graduate is a plus.
• Demonstrates a sales mentality with a consultative approach.
