Business Development Executive (Seller Acquisition)

Requirements;

1. Graduated from reputable university with min GPA 3

2. Having at least 1 year of experience as Business Development Executive especially in Seller Acquisition

3. Experience in gaming or e-commerce industry will be an advantage

4. Excellent communication skill especially in English

5. Able to do presentation in english is a must

6. Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang

7. Pleasant personality and sales driven

Responsibilities;

• Data Analysis: The candidate should have experience in conducting 360 research using data from various sources and providing a report-based analysis. The candidate should be able to collect data from various sources, including surveys, customer feedback, and sales data. The candidate should be able to use data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends that can help make informed business decisions.
• Feedback from Seller and Buyer: The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with sellers and buyers to extract valuable information or feedback for product development and improvement. The candidate should be able to analyze customer feedback and identify trends that can help improve the product.
• Research: The candidate should have experience in conducting general research on various topics related to business and product development. The candidate should be able to identify key points of business reference and analyze the information to provide insights that can help make informed decisions.
• Business Flow: In-depth understanding of how a product process and flow works, and the ability to create a diagrammatic flow of the product. The candidate should be able to work with a team to understand the process and identify areas for improvement.
