Job Description
s:

Make projections / proposals for national sales targets.

Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Controlling and evaluating store operations and achieving sales targets as a whole (national scale).

Review the breakdown of sales targets per area and per store on a regular basis.

Reviewing operational procedures that are relevant to the strategy and improving store operational performance.

Providing regular updates on operational reports to top management (CEO).

Determine and control the operational budget (OPEX).

Conduct a review and evaluation of prospective store locations (feasibility study).


Minimum Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from all majors
Have experience 10+ years as Head of Operations from Food & Beverages or Retail Industry
Have a strong leadership, positive attitude and work well with others
