Job Description

s:

  • Create new initiative to increase database of source and reach recruitment's target
  • Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly and monthly bases
  • Responsible of end to end recruitment process (especially sales force)
  • Fullfill the manpower needed
  • Build a good relation with all Hiring Managers and understand their needs


Qualifications:

  • Able to provide recruitment report in details
  • Proactive, passionate, self-starter and capable to work in fast-paced environment
  • Target oriented and detail person
  • Bachelor's degree of Psychology (GPA min.3)
  • Experience in Life Insurance or Banking is preferable
  • Experience minimum 3 years as Sales Recruitment / Sales Talent Acquisition / In-house Recruitment
  • Available to join immediately
