Senior Hr Recruiter & Od

What you will do :

• Creating and conducting all recruitment policy and strategy
• Also responsible to engage with both users and the newly recruited employee during the probation period and making sure that the employee performs to expectations
• Work with all users to create manpower planning and budgeting
• Assist user to design roles and job descriptions
• Source candidates from all possible channels and maintain the channels e.g. headhunters, job portals, school/universities, etc.
• Budget Controlling & Monitoring
• Fulfill all manpower needs according to timeline and budget (managerial and staff level, white and blue collars)
• Responsible to handle the end-to-end recruitment process (coordinate with users to make requisition, sourcing, resume screening, interview, discuss result with users, offering, and sign agreement)

What we're looking for

• Excellent at speaking and writing in English
• Experience at hiring Indonesian diaspora abroad is a huge plus
• Min. 5 (five) years of experiences in Recruitment
• Analytical and can work with data - experience as HR analyst or similar working experience is good
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Experience at automotive industry is a huge plus, and have knowledge of automotive industry in general
