-Fully understand company's products and develop customers in given market.

-Introduce product functions detail and DEMO to customer.

-Manage all steps of the selling process and close new business and get PO/Revenue according to targets, objectives, and plans.

-Provide configuration service to customer after customer onboard.

-Work closely with technical product team to promote product, R&D, and data related stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met with high quality.

Requirement

-College Degree with more than 3 years of sales-related experience, preferably in Contact Center, Business Process Outsourcing or AI/SaaS software.

-Strong cross-cultural communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

-Strong problem solving skills and technical skills.

-Sufficient knowledge and insights regarding the development of B2B communication sector.

-Fluent in either English and Indonesian. Chinese is an added advantage.
