Job Description

s:

  • Responsible of end-to-end recruitment process (especially in sales force)
  • Build new partnership with universities for hiring purposes
  • Develop modules for development project
  • Create new initiative to increase database of source and reach recruitment's target
  • Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly, and monthly bases


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and good administration
  • Proactive, self-starter, and well-organized
  • Advanced to operate Ms. Excel (Vlookup, IF, Pivot, Chart)
  • A year or more experience as a recruiter / sales recruiter in Financial Industry is a must
  • Bachelor degree of Psychology (GPA Min. 3.00)
