Identify the position needed by the user

Looking for prospective candidates by utilizing social media, relationships and professionals to get the best candidates

Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

1 - 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English is a must, Mandarin be a plus point

Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

Excellent research and analytical skills

Assist in Performance Management Process

Database Administration: Update & manage employee database, absence database, recruitment master tracker

Recruitment: Job Posting, Screening, Administer Mass Recruitment, Background Check Process

Branding: Design Engagement Post for LinkedIn and Career@INTAN

Onboarding: Assist in New Employee Orientation Process (Legality, Pendaftaran Absensi, Company Rules & Regulation)

Payroll Administration: Melakukan penarikan data absensi, merekap data absensi

Min. 6th semesters (no class attends) from Psychology or Management.

Assist to handle recruitment process

Contribute to enhancing the company's employer branding activities through social media

Familiar with psychological test tools & video/photo editing tools is preferred

Highly motivated, Initiative, and Attention to detail

Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta.

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline, preferably in Psychology, HR Management, or related areas.

Having related working experience in HR Recruitment for a minimum of 2 years; experience at Education Institution/University would be advantageous.

Having Good Knowledge of Updated Regulations in the Human Resources area & Implementation.

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, detail-oriented, and well-organized multitasking.

Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office, especially in Excell Data Processing.

Support new hire employee orientation

A year or more experience as a recruiter / sales recruiter in Financial Industry is a must

Responsible of end-to-end recruitment process (especially in sales force)

Build new partnership with universities for hiring purposes

Create new initiative to increase database of source and reach recruitment's target

Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly, and monthly bases

Develop modules for development project

• Have good negotiation skills, good leadership, interpersonal skill, and open-minded.
