Job Description

Are you an individual with a strong interpersonal skill, able to work with a targeted time frame and thoroughly detail oriented?


PT Cilia Prisma Utama Makmur (PT CPUM) is a manufacturing company specializing in plastic packaging with a vision to be the MARKET LEADER in Indonesia.

Responsibility:

  • Fulfill the manpower needs of the firm by planning and implementing recruiting strategy
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to HR Manager
  • Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing, job posting and interviews
  • Responsible for co-ordinating interviews schedule with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to ensure the hiring process proceed as agreed upon
  • Prepare stationary needs for new hire
  • Conduct onboarding process for new hire
  • Manage employee working contract and data compiling


Qualification:

  • Placement in Cibinong, Bogor
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree from any major, fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Highly motivated and assertive
  • Strong communication skill
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Zoom
