Recruitment And Talent Officer

PT. Invest Indonesian Islands is looking for a professional to join our team as a Recruitment &Talent Officer in our office in Kuta Lombok.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

• Make all reports, documentation and proposal about recruitment process
• Create and Post job vacancies according to Company needs
• Able to communicate and maintain good relations with candidates
• Sourcing and job posting at the request of positions from users
• Schedule candidate interviews with users
• Screening applicants' CVs based on the suitability of user criteria
• Looking for prospective candidates by utilizing social media, relationships and professionals to get the best candidates
• Responsible for onboarding new employees
• Conduct interviews with candidates both face-to-face and online
• Conduct document administration of the recruitment process
• Identify the position needed by the user

Talent Management :

• Oversee the entire employee life cycle
• Make reports, documentation and proposals to the HR Manager about strategies in developing talents and employees to be developed
• Understand business goals and talent needs to develop creative hiring strategies that attract the best talent
• Responsible for seeing and analyzing the potential and talents of each employee in order to provide their best abilities

Requirements :

• Able to coordinate and work quickly, in teams and individually
• Have good communication skills ( Speaking English)
• Understanding psychotest tools
• Min. S1 Manajemen / Psikologi
• Experience as Recruitment and Talent
