As a leading organization in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with universities, youth communities, and brands interested in market activation through our Company Program.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out brands and organizations interested in market activation through university and youth community partnerships.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on universities and youth communities, with the aim of expanding our network and promoting our Development Program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized marketing activation plans for brand partners, aligning their goals with our Development Program.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new connections and showcase our brand.
• Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives, including event planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of agreed-upon benefits.
• Identify and approach potential university partners and youth communities, establishing strong relationships to enhance collaboration opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to university and youth community partnerships.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with market activation strategies and the ability to tailor them to suit the needs of brand partners.
• Ability to travel as required for partnership meetings and events.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform partnership decisions.
• Strong network within universities and youth communities, with a track record of successful partnerships.
• Proven experience in partnerships or business development, preferably in the education or youth engagement sectors.
• Knowledge of the education sector, youth communities, and relevant industry regulations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
