5+ years of hands-on experience with technical account management or equivalent role in the tech or travel industries

Proven experience in partnerships or business development, preferably in the education or youth engagement sectors.

Knowledge of the education sector, youth communities, and relevant industry regulations is highly desirable.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Identify and approach potential university partners and youth communities, establishing strong relationships to enhance collaboration opportunities.

Min 3 years experience in the same industry

Have strong persuasive communication and organizational skills

Serve as the lead point of contact for collaboration and external relationship (include media) matters

Managing event and collaboration between Napocut and partners

Build new business and develop partnership

Communicate with partners and clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries

Having minimal experience. 1-year KOL specialist, creative social media, talent management

Bachelor’s education in all majors

Active on social media, especially TikTok

Maintain a relationship with the creator

Handling complaints from clients related to the services provided by the company

Make a List creator according to the Brand

A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies

Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds

Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships- Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and business trend and excellent communication skills.

Minimum 3-4 years of work experiences in strategic partnerships/BD

Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models

Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
