Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Partnership Manager to help us expand our clients. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through effective strategies and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights across the potential partners.
  • Create partnership proposals, process flows, commercial offerings, regular reporting, review agreements and work together with Product, Engineering and Operations to come up with the execution and SLAs
  • Collaborate with product, insurance business, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience
  • Directly looking for a new Potential Client, build, maintain & grow relationships with existing and potential partners within particular industry ecosystem which includes developing a strong understanding on clients and partners’ offerings and business models
  • Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each client together across teams and functions
  • Lead and nurture team member to reach individual and company's goals
Requirements
  • A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
  • Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models
  • Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships- Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and business trend and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
  • Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experiences in strategic partnerships/BD
