Job Description

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships Introduction is responsible for finding and creating partnerships that align with the company's goals. They must be motivated, communicate effectively, and have experience in partnership development. This role involves working with multiple teams and external partners to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and initiate new projects.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sponsorship acquisitions and negotiate extensions of sponsorship agreements.
  2. Define research parameters to identify industry and market trends for developing sponsorship strategies.
  3. Actively look for partnerships and sponsorships for collaboration in any term.
  4. Identify potential sponsors to support new sponsorships and manage key account management for existing sponsors.
  5. Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with sponsors.
  6. Manage the execution of sponsorship agreements and lead activities before and during events.
  7. Propose department budgets for management approval and recommend improvements for future events to achieve better outcomes for sponsors.
  8. Lead project evaluations to assess the success of meeting objectives and share key learnings to identify industry and market trends for sponsorship strategy development.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external parties.


Requirements:

  1. Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling sponsorships and strategic partnerships with prominent brands.
  2. Previous experience working in an agency and handling sponsorships is beneficial.
  3. Strong communication skills in English are preferred.
  4. Must be a team player and self-starter, capable of working independently.
  5. Positive and outgoing personality.
  6. Strong negotiation, leadership, and planning skills.
  7. Ability to multitask, remain calm, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiatives when necessary.
  11. Willingness to work from the office (WFO).
