About our Client

Our client is a reputable manufacturing company within Construction and Mining industry. They are currently looking to expand their operation across South-East Asia and is looking to hire a Sales Manager focusing on OEM clients in Indonesia. They specialise in manufacturing and distribution of equipment such as Ground Engaging Tools, lubricant, undercarriage, bucket, roller, etc

About the Role

• Accountable for the local sales revenue and profit
• Understand and identify customer’s product needs
• Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle from identifying prospective clients to closing opportunities across audiences and to secure market leadership position.
• Aware of market trends and industry information so as to pitch and serve customers better.
• Foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.

The Successful Applicant

• You must possess strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to speak and write proficiently in English.
• At least 8-15 years Sales experiences to OEM domestic manufacturers with Construction and Mining Equipment related
• Strong familiarity and networks within mining & construction industry
