Job Description

:


  • Coordinate with inter-departments related to the scheme agreement.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements related to business activities and stakeholder needs.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Psychology / Management or related with this position (Master Degree preferred).
  • Experience in document drafting and negotiation processes.
  • Having minimum 5-10 years of working experiences as Legal Manager in mining company.
  • Experience in corporate legal aspects, licensing and litigation.
  • Willing to travel to projects.
  • Accustomed to managing the implementation of GMS and the legality of changes to the company's articles of association.
