Job Description

Requirement:

  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to negotiate with strong analytical thinking.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in commercial or sales engineer
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
  • Min. holds bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Preferably from Facility Services Industry/ energy segment


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible identifying NOSE, designcommercial modelto increasegrowth(upselling/cross-selling) from existingaccount withdecentmargin
  • Ensure the commitment of the Management Team and operations team to complete the service without safety or environmental incidents
  • Account Development (Others Segment)intensively collaborating withKey Account Managerfrom other account, exceptManufacturingdaninfrastructureto identify NOSE of client. Analyzeshare of walletinAccount Development Plan(ADP), Open opportunities oncommercial modelalign with NOSE
  • Responsible on increase portfolio and develop various services frombusiness unit Key Account for all clients,except Manufacturingdaninfrastructure.
  • Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn’t involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work
  • Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization
