About Our Client:


We are currently assiting our client from local building material company to seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager, specialized in project. The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales projects and managing key accounts within the building material industry.


Job Overview:


Key Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, applicators, government entities, and other relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking skills, a deep understanding of the market and customer needs, and a strong professional network within the industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on product selection, specifications, and application techniques.
  • Identify and target key accounts within the building material sector.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to building materials.


Qualifications:


  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong network and connections within the industry, including consultants, applicators, and government entities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the building material industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a specifier, with a deep understanding of building materials and their applications.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
