About Our Client:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to promote our products and services.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on product selection, specifications, and application techniques.
- Identify and target key accounts within the building material sector.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to building materials.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong network and connections within the industry, including consultants, applicators, and government entities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the building material industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a specifier, with a deep understanding of building materials and their applications.
- Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
