About the job

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Assistant Manager, to join our Account and Finance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a few key projects relating to digitalization and dashboards, driving strategic initiatives to ensure the success of our organization. On the other hand, the candidate will provide support in various financial operation activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes and possess excellent analytical skills. This is a critical role that contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Other Financial Support for RCCs: Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Sales Commission Review: Review and validate sales commission calculations, by ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • BU P&L: Manage the BU (Business Unit) Profit and Loss statement process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis. Collaborate with BU leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze variances, and drive profitability.
  • Subsidiary Corporate Income Tax Review: Review monthly tax calculations and reports for RCCs. Identify and resolve any tax-related discrepancies and perform tax planning together with local accountant.
  • Finance Dashboards: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive finance dashboards, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis of financial performance. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to identify key metrics and design visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Digitalize Claim Reimbursement: Drive the digitalization of claim reimbursement processes, leveraging automation tools and technologies. Streamline the reimbursement workflow, reduce manual intervention, and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sustainability Review: Manage sustainability initiatives and projects within the finance domain. Assess and monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable finance strategies, and track progress towards sustainability goals.
  • Credit Limit Management: Oversee and enhance the credit limit management process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Implement strategies to optimize credit control procedures and enhance customer experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and emerging technologies in finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience project management skills, including planning, organizing and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experiences.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
