Marketing Finance Assistant Manager

:

• Ensure all end-to-end settlement of all promotion claims process are timely, within the necessary business guidelines, reviewed and approved base on delegation of authority for propriety and control purpose
• Coordinate with Accounting team on Balance Sheet review in regard to all account related to consumer & trade promotion (Liabilities and Asset)
• Acting as controller upon tracking promotion plan for all modern & general trade promotion activities against claim received with the support from Sales and Commercial Finance Team
• Support ad-hoc project related to all segment
• Proactively working with Sales and Commercial Finance Team to find best practice to improve the processes within Marketing Finance in managing provisions and realizations of claims
• Support Tax Department team on fulfilling tax compliance process
• Conduct monthly and annually meeting with NKA / Distributors and outlet for reconciliation process or upon settlement of final claim for respective trading term
• Tracking all payable and receivable promotion, including prepayment upon promotion program and resolve any issues within particular period

Requirement:

• Write and Speak in English is a must
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management/Taxation/Administration
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera - Tangerang
• 7-8 years experienced in Accounting/Sales/Trade Marketing.
