Job Description

Responsibilities

HR Head is responsible for all HR matters in a company.


Qualifications

  • Have experience of working in oil palm company will be a plus point,
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in same position,
  • Willing to be placed at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
  • Has strength in industrial relation will more preferable,
  • Minimum bachelor degree in any major,
  • Have a good understanding of Indonesia manpower-related laws (labor laws),
