Assistant Manager Human Resources

Our office opens a vacancy for Human Resources (HR) Assistant Manager. The qualifications are as follows:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or any related field.

- 2-3 years of proven experience in human resources, preferably at any creative studio

- Able to work independently and report directly to Management

- Experienced fully in the recruitment process as well as onboarding arrangement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with HR information systems or HR software tools are preferred.

- Experienced in building and developing Employer Branding is preferred

- English proficiency (reading/writing/listening/speaking)

- Curiosity and willingness to learn about creative studios‘ all job specifications and the latest HR trends and research

- Competent in operating Microsoft Office and other a computer programs

- Patient, good listener, empathic, and able to serve as the point of contact for employee relations to promote a fair and transparent working environment, as one of the retention programs
