Responsibilities

• Coordinating and building personal relationships with employees in the Farm units
• Conduct the employee onboarding administration process
• Accommodating user needs related to employee counseling activities according to coordination, direction from the team manager.
• Perform work as a facilitator of every HRD program
• Conduct the recruitment process
• Perform the process of archiving work documents

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR Generalist Function
• Preferably graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, or Psychology discipline
• Understanding labour regulation
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to work at Kab. Serang, Banten
• It will be advantageous to have familiarity with HRIS and payroll information systems.
