Sorga Chocolate is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to establish and lead our HR function. As the first HR Manager at Sorga, you will play a critical role in building and shaping our HR department, ensuring that it aligns with our company's values, objectives, and culture. Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being
• Stay updated on HR trends and emerging practices, making recommendations to enhance Sorga Chocolate's HR function
• Create and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent in the chocolate industry and other key areas
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support Sorga Chocolate's goals and objectives
• Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
• Establish and manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable
• Experience in building and scaling HR functions, preferably in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on experience in HR strategy development and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers and employees on HR matters
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
