Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Consistently develop and upgrade administrative systems to make them more efficient; resolve administrative problems
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned office areas.
- Manage hiring process of the company including administrative tasks
- Provide general support to all team members; support & liaise on multiple projects
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct business plan research and create presentation deck or business plan
- Manage and organize the team schedule; organize and schedule appointments and meetings; book & organize travel arrangements
- Present proposal and business plan to client, alongside with CEO
- Make Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and follow up on Tasks and Due Dates of team members on the MOM
Requirements:
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proven General Affair, Secretary, Admin or Personal assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
